To get started, you'll need to have a LiveWatch Customer Center login. If you don't already have a LiveWatch Customer Center login, you'll need to create one
in order to use the calendar.
Once you have a Customer Center login, you'll need to link an account
so that we can access your customer data.
After you've logged in, we'll need to look up some details before we can schedule your appointment.
First, we'll find the monitored addresses linked to your LiveWatch Customer Center Account. A "monitored address" is the home or business we'll be protecting.
In most cases there will probably only be one address, but if you have LiveWatch monitoring at multiple addresses and have linked these to your Customer Center account we'll need to know which address you'd like to manage.
Choose an address by clicking the button to the right of the monitored address.
This will fetch the rest of your information from our system, and may take a moment.
From the calendar, you can schedule a new appointment or reschedule an existing appointment.
The first time you visit the calendar, the system will suggest several time slots for you. These will appear with a light green background.
We want to get you protected as soon as possible, so these are the earliest available times, but you can choose a more convenient time after these slots.
When picking a time, Keep in mind that before we can activate you, you'll need to both receive your hardware and complete the initial setup process. The suggested time slots are chosen with that in mind.
To schedule a new appointment, just click on your prefered time slot. A popup will open confirming your time. Click "OK", and you'll be directed to a confirmation page. You'll also receive a confirmation email to the address on file with your sales order.
The calendar will display in your computer's time zone. In most cases this will probably be the same as the time zone at your monitored address. If you are in a different time zone, you will also see a display showing the time at your monitored address.
You can see your computer's time zone at the bottom left of the calendar.
